Postpartum doula services:

Postpartum care for me is all about making it easier for mom to get the much needed support she needs to heel and bond with baby. Postpartum is a time where there is a lot of emotions and hormones, sometimes you just need to talk and be listened to by someone who has been there, and sometimes we need a shower and a nap! Either way I am there to help support you and your partner through this new journey. Some of the things I provide during postpartum care include:

 

~Unbias and supportive conversations.

~Help watching baby and sibling so mom     can get some much needed self-care           time. Whether that is taking a nap,               shower or just reading a book. 

~Light housework

~Meal planning and grocery shopping.

~Help organizing nursery.

~Newborn care such as safe sleep, swaddling, bathing and so much more.

$35/hour for night
