Childbirth is a life event not an illness and should be treated as such!

My goal is for you to feel educated and ready for this journey. I love to help not only you to be physically and mentally ready but also your support team. My Support includes:

~Two postnatal visits.

   In these we will go over all the options you have during labor, your birth plan, and what happens when things don't go as planned. Practice positions and teach your partner how to better support you. We will also talk about postpartum care as well as answer any questions you have about baby care. 

 

~Phone support from time of hire to answer any non-medical questions you have that may come up.

 

~Birth support from the time you start laboring until about 1-2 hours after birth. 

 

~Breastfeeding support.

 

~One postpartum visit to go over any questions you may have. This is also when I check up on how recovery is going as well as your mental health.

 

~Any pictures I take during your journey. I may take pictures during labor and delivery when I can. This is not guaranteed as my first priority is always support. 

 

~A gift bag of goodies I love to use during pregnancy and postpartum, including a personalized essential oil blend.
