FAQs

Is this class for me if I want epidural or other pain medications in labor?

Yes! It’s not just about natural childbirth for me. When I started on my teaching journey, my focus was on helping women give birth without medication, and while most of my clientele desire this type of birth, some do not. I teach them they still have many choices, whether they want pain-relieving medications or even a cesarean birth. Childbirth looks different for everyone, and that’s okay—we can celebrate choice.

Should my partner attend class with me?

Yes! Your partner plays a vital role in the birth process. If possible, have your partner watch the course with you; if not, make sure to fill your partner in on what you are learning.
